I can no longer own the label Christian but Jesus means more to me now than he ever has. People sometimes ask me, Are you a Christian? If I am inclined to have this conversation, I will often answer by describing why/how Jesus is significant for me. In other words, you dont have to play the game of the lets-argue-doctrine conversation. You can turn the tables to the this-is-who-Jesus-is-to-me conversation.
