I can see nothing coming from this. Ii tell you Ferguson would have never happened had there been accountability in the system, from the police on the streets to the guards in the penal system. There is just to much protection for these officers. They should be charged criminally and the protections they have to not be sued for their actions taken away. It would go a long way to stopping this exact kind of thing. Police or no police this officer should have been charged. It is all how the prosecutor wants to spin it to the grand jury. that is why ALL Grand jury statements and testimony should be public 100%. Personally the money should come from this officers pension, fired and if necessary his house put up for sale.
