I cant say enough how much these guys rocked. Being a customer for several years, I never really had any issues with purchases (mainly just making the games work on my specific system!). Anyways, I had one purchase that hadnt gone through, and when I reached out to the GOG Team, within hours they buzzed me back, got the purchase fixed, and showed me how to do it myself if it happens again. Kickace customer service! Love these guys...sorry Steam, just no competition in my opinion :P
