I cant wait any longer... It will be a busy few months at the Walker House gearing up for our fall and winter fundraising efforts. We value and continue to rely on your support of the Walker House – a much cherished asset in our community. This year we are collaborating with a local business – Anderkin Foods Inc. – to offer a “Keeping it Alive and Local: A Heritage and Honey Basket”. These lovely gift baskest will be available for Christmas and throughout the year and it is full of home grown honey and bee products, a Walker House history book and an iconic statue of the Walker House. We are proud to support local business in our endeavours to raise funds for the Walker House. Each basket, beautifully decorated, will be available for $30.00. It makes a perfect present at Christmas or any time of the year. Please join us in celebrating local history and local bees. Baskets will be available at our upcoming fundraisers and at a variety of spaces and places to be announced. You can order your baskets by calling the Walker House at 519-396- 1850. Baskets can be delivered.
