I couldnt get a photograph, but thought that I would share anyhow. I think that I have met the first ever squirrel with more than one nut for brains. This little guy would collect a nut from upper deck and bury it in his nest on side terraced garden deck. For every nut he out there he would bury another in the planters right next to the feeder. Thus ensuring that he pretty much bagged all of the nuts, will have a storage of nuts when the weather is bad, a midnight snack AND more nuts still hidden at original site. He must have cut his nut collecting time I half. Guess you can tell that I enjoy watching the local wildlife.
