I did it! My first successful cast iron meal! Done in my Wagner. After a rough start and being a little discouraged (Ive been since told starting with eggs was not a wise choice! Lol), Im finally getting the hang of it. But Im thinking I need to buy stock in paper towels with all this oil on and oil off business! Any pointers for alternatives to paper towels? Anybody use rags or kitchen towels for cleaning, drying and seasoning?
