...I do not have to hide my association for whatever reason. Democracy gives us options and guarantees our freedom of choice as long as we dont trample on the rights of others. That I am not a PDP goon does not make me less a patriot than you are... ...the best of 2014 was the emergence of a formidable opposition party to challenge the arrogance of PDP which boasted to rule Nigeria over a 50 year period. I think the PDP was able to beat its chest because it capitalised on the weakness of Nigerians to tolerate whatever is given to them by their government rather than what they need. That has been the case in the last 15 years of PDP rule.... Nigeria is not only at war with itself, Nigerians have become more divided ever since the civil war days. The government is a cut and paste one which only boasts of a few kilometer road rehabilitation, rice farming, fertilizers redistribution, railroad resuscitation, auto-assembly and whatever. To know that the government earned more money than any other government before it makes its matter worse. Abacha also had some achievements to flaunt as he siphoned our public fund. Whats different? This government not only protects corrupt Nigerians but pardons and promotes them. We have high unemployment rate, high inflation rate and the worst value of the naira without a deepening export base. Yet, they tell us we recorded monumental Foreign Direct Investment which does not improve the standard of living of Nigerians while our external reserve is at its lowest. I think Nigeria deserves a break from the indolence of this (PDP) government....And thats why Im in support of the (APC at the Presidentials)... - B. Adeyinka..
