I dont ask for help often, but today Im asking. We need help... desperately. In case you missed the story, Ive been a single mom for 2+ years now to 4 great kiddos - 3 of which fall under the special needs umbrella, 2 of which have difficulty getting around without assistance from equipment, holding onto walls & furniture, or me. We have been blessed with a place to live in my parents basement, yet have had so much humidity (71%!) that basic moisture problems have turned into black mold. We have had it on our wall and now its on the carpet. We have launched an indiegogo campaign to help fund our desperate need for a heat pump to regulate the temp and humidity level once we finish using a commercial dehumidifier.
