I dont get it. Certain people love to talk about how many kids i have and the fact that they have more than one father. Well its gotten to the point where i feel the need to speak out. Im not a bragger by nature but im tired of hearing the nonsense. So let me brief those so inclined to make my business their business. I have 8 beautiful daughters and 2 handsome sons. All have been conceived in wedlock. When i married, i married for keeps. Im not going to go into detail as to why my first two marriages crumbled, but i will say that my full intentions were for them to last forever. Next, my grown up daughters have all graduated from high school, a few of them early, yes i said EARLY. 4 of them went to or are currently attending college. A college, not an academy. All of my daughters and sons are smart, respectful and genuine. My children still living at home have jobs. They are church members, they help out when needed whether it be inside the home or out. they feed the poor, sing to the eldery and do community service when called upon. They do this joyfully and without hesitation. They accept gifts gracefully and are appreciative for what they have. They have manners and they use them. They are creative in so many ways and they have gifts all unique and their own. Gigi and Amber have the gift of voice and charity. Kristen is very artistic and creative. Shawna, is the most like me, she is very attentive and motherly.Kelly is my little warrior, she is very strong willed, but also very loving and forgiving. My Ashley is my peace lover. She loves peace and harmony. She loves everyone. Derek is very generous and respectful. Always quick to appoligize and make things right. He loves me fiercly and im so grateful he is my son. Nathan loves solving hard puzzles, he reads at a highly accelerated level. He loves nature and animals and even bugs. He loves all creatures big or small. Megan is motherly like Shawna and i. She is also very smart and loves people. she is my social butterfly. Allie is our autistic princess. She is 5. She struggles every day with trying to communicate but she is so smart and beautiful We love her to pieces. The lows can be low but the highs are highly treasured. Shes a fighter like her mom and dad. I love that my children love each other and they are all not just sisters and brothers but they are also very good friends. I can go on but ill stop here. Just know this, those of you that are on the outside looking in. Those that are quick to judge but have no idea. Having children from the same parents is not some great prize. The prize is having children from different parents that are productive members of society. That have lots to offer the world. Love, kindness, sympathy. This is whats remarkable.
