I dont know much about football, the NFL, CFL or sports in general. But I DO know about being abused. I DO know about living with an animal. I DO know how fear and verbal abuse can make you shut down and not think right. The men of FOX News seem to think Rice should have taken the stairs, that he should know there are cameras in elevators. Screw them all. Let a couple of real men who have had daughters beaten by boys like Rice have some alone time with him....just a little while in a nice secure room. I watched both videos of the POS football player in the elevator with his girlfriend/wife. The first one was bad enough, when he hauled off and punched her in the face BUT the second one, when he drags her off the elevator like shes a sick dog, a freshman on frosh week being dropped off by strangers, and slumps her around like he doesnt even know who she is and its a HUGE inconvenience for him just being there??? There are no words. And people have the AUDACITY to argue whether the NFL and his coach and manager and any other MAN are doing the right thing in suspending him, banning him, charging him, etc, etc. Are we serious here? Are men and women living on the same planet anymore? I seriously think not. THOSE TWO ACTS deserve a beating like no other. Tit for tat. Eye for an eye. Im not all religious but I would consider taking a page out of the Bible for this pos. How very sad indeed.
