I dont understand why my husband was originally approved, and then 1 minute later he received an email stating there was a problem, and we could resubmit the film if we wanted to, but you sent the notice to us at 9:07PM Pacific Time, so the entry was closed. I dont understand 1) how we are supposed to resubmit if you dont even give us the opportunity, but 2) what is wrong with the film. Please help us. We spent a great deal of time and money on this project, as well as my husband stayed up for 27 straight hours editing in order to have this submitted on time, which we did. He received a confirmation that he was accepted as official entry and he was instructed to post this on HIS facebook page, which he did, and now this is quite disappointing as well as embarrassing.
