I feel like theres something to be said about the hold that social media has over us. Between the mindless, countless hours spent endlessly scrolling. To all the times we compare our lives to someone elses, in most cases causing us to second guess everything we thought was good in our own lives. With that being said, I usually try to spend Lent reflecting on how I can do better and be better. This year I think that giving up social media and focusing my energies elsewhere will be good for me. Love harder, laugh often, work hard and always smile. Take the time to appreciate the little things and make sure the people in your life know that they are important to you. See you in forty days. Xo
