I had a surreal moment this morning! My son Todd volunteered at White Knoll Elementary (the school he once attended) this morning. I watched him open the car doors with a smile and high fives for the children while inviting the parents to our big game tonight. He and another football player in their jerseys made quite an impression on these young kids. The kids were very excited to see them. Todd also saw teachers that had taught him. They were amazed at how big he has become. I watched from my car with tears in my eyes because my son has grown up too fast! I am not ready for this ride to be over but I am confident Todd will be a success in whatever he chooses to do. And for that I am grateful!
