I had a very bizarre thing happen today. I decided I was going to till the garden. I was walking toward the machine shed to get the tiller.....next thing I knew I was standing in front of it, staring at it. I didnt know what it was.....I recognized it as a machine, but I had no idea what it was called. George came in the shed and asked what was taking so long. He had been waiting to air up the leaky tire. I just stood there. Finally I told him I didnt know what I was doing. I only knew I wanted this machine for something. To cover up my confusion I started messing with it, trying to figure out how to start it. I went from side to side, walked around it.....no frigging idea what I was doing. Now this tiller and I know each other very well....weve put in many hours of work together. You could blind fold me, tie one of my hands behind my back and still I could start it. Im not sure how long this fugue lasted. I had no concept of time. Eventually my mind cleared somewhat and I started the tiller and proceeded with my work. Very strange indeed.
