I had such an awesome Sabbath today. Praise God for Sabbaths! After a loonngggg hard week of work, I just wanted to spend time with my little family and with God. We spent the Sabbath at the beach with hubby n kids, watching the docked boats, mesmerised by the waves, walking in the sand, watching the birds nesting and breathing fresh air. I am in awe of Gods creation. What an amazing God we serve. Daddy made us a beautiful lunch & even baked a banana & coconut cake. Hot chocolates in hand, snuggling on the couch, my babies and I spent the afternoon reading stories from the book of Mark. For closing Sabbath we retold the story of Jesus calming the storm. Luke 4.40-41: Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith? 41: The desciples were absolutely terrified. Who is this man? they asked each other, Even the wind and the waves obey Him.
