I had to call roadside assistance to jumpstart my van. When the lady arrived I could instantly tell from her facial expressions and body language that she had an attitude. She didnt say hello or introduce herself she just asked for my information with an attitude. I really didnt want someone servicing my vehicle with an attitude, but at that moment I began to feel a deep compassion in my heart for her. I asked her if she was having a good day. She said, Well, I had a pipe to burst in my home and flooded my front room and I missed three hours of work because of it; its so frustrating. I had my own circumstances going on and I could have been selfish but instead I showed compassion toward her and it moved her to open her heart and share her troubles with me.
