I had to take a moment and give thanks. This has been one of the most challenging periods in my life, with the ill health of both parents, and the passing of my Mother in February. I just found out that I passed my comprehensive exam, this was a requirement for graduation and I truly was unprepared and not in a state of mind to really concentrate or study for it. (I took a second national exam a few weeks ago that is a requirement for state licensure, have not found out the results of that one yet.) These exams were scheduled and paid for long in advance. At any rate, I am so very blessed, and I am acutely aware of that. Not only do I feel divinely supported, but I often think of the support of family and friends throughout the years and the people who have made such a difference with regard to who I am today. So many of you have reached out, have been there, have encouraged, have shown up in times of trial and in times of joy, you know who you are, please know how eternally grateful I am. I am also grateful for the joys of this season, my daughter and sisters marriages, the birth of my first grand baby, the times of bonding with family and friends that has been the gift of walking through the hard challenges. Anyway, thank you all, and please know I am giving thanks for you as well.
