I hate Comcast. I called to cancel my tv service in order to save money. They will not let me cancel or make any changes because my current bill is overdue. So they will keep me accrueing charges when I told them I could not afford to keep the tv service until I pay the bill.... instead of disconnecting the tv today so I can actually pay them what is owed - how messed up is this? I should tell them I am moving and disconnect both tv and internet immediately, I wonder if that would work... However, I need the internet cause it is the only real option we have here in the trailerhood. They Suck!
