I have 2 aleinware extreme gaming , extreme graphics, and business office systems. They have 250 gb hard drives and 4 gb memory on board. They can be expanded to 16 gb. But at this current time 4gb is a real lot on these built by dell alienware tower pc systems. The towers pc units both have windows 8 , office 2013 , and photoshop 14.
