I have 2 x 3 bedroom villas located right on the front of Imperial Park 4* resort in Calpe, Costa Blanca, Sapin with open sea views. Downstairs each villa has a twin bedroom and shower room, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outside terrace with table and 6 chairs. Upstairs is a king size bed room with private balcony, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with bath. The villa is in immaculate condition with all modern furniture. The villas also have wi-fi. Imperial Park is a 4 star resort which is also part hotel therefor offering everything you would expect from a 4 star resort and also has a number of privately owned villas. These villas are privately owned but have full use of the facilities on site. There is a large pool area (3 pools each feeding down into the next one), a children’s pool with climbing frame / slides and a larger curly slide leading into its own small pool. There is also a separate swimming pool which is deeper and a smaller children’s pool next to it on a terrace above the main 3 adventure pools. There is a small basic mini golf (refundable deposit to be given at reception for club and ball hire) and table tennis tables. In the reception lounge there are internet / Wi-Fi facilities and 24 hour reception although reception aren’t responsible for anything to do with the villa as it is private but if you have any problems or need anything you just ring me. There is also an onsite bar, restaurant, snack bar (open in high season only) and daily organised activities (from April – October) such as archery, kids discos, entertainers, aerobics etc. The spa has daily special offers and has an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam rooms, hammam and treatment rooms. The Spa is very reasonably priced (daily offers available in reception). Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal are served in the dining room if you wish to use it. Between April and October there is also a free mini bus service which runs every 20 minutes and takes you into town and drops you at either of Calpe’s 2 fantastic beaches. You must reserve your mini bus seats at reception 1 day in advance. The bus runs between 9am and 8pm. **Please note that during October the restaurant, bar, pools, spa and mini bus will close until Mid April which is reflected in the prices charged for the villa.
