I have a 2013 CVO and have taken it in a few times to have the radio fixed. I get reception once in awhile but it is mostly static. Today the service department called and said that Tech support at Harley said it was a known issue and I would have to deal with it. I wont accept that answer, when you pay that much for a bike it should work properly. My sons Powerwheels truck has a hidden antenna and works just fine. Anyone have any suggestion on who best to contact or how to voice my concern. I was given the name and number for tech support, I will be calling them in the morning. Sorry for the rant just really ticked off to put it nicely!!!
