I have a few things to share on this topic. First, have family & friends that are police I have first hand experience with their tactics and thinking. Theyre now taught to look at everyone as a possible suspect in something. In a cops mind, you are guilty until the judge says otherwise. And, the civilian is a lower-class than the cop and subservient to the cop. Second, the sworn officer is an officer of the court. Nothing else. He is not sworn to protect you and has no legal duty to do so. He is, however, sworn to protect the court and to serve the papers given him by the court. Thats what Protect and Serve actually means. Flip the script on them..When I am asked where I am going,I start with, I am an American Citizen and I have the right to go about my business without inquiry. If they persist and ask again, I reply How much money do you make? They usually refuse to answer or say its none of your business.. .. Then I say well where I am going is none of your business either... Then What crime do you you suspect me of committing? Am I free to go? I would never give them more info than that. Though ID while driving is required to be shown... When walking down the street, it is not. This is usually met with a Failure to ID charge... it is a policy matter and not a Constitutional law. This is where Jury Nullification comes into play. Keep your mouth Shut if you are charged and DO NOT SAY ANYTHING. Let the jury sort it out in open court. ALWAYS request a trial by jury... You want this to be as open and public as possible. This is how we take our rights back. Be respectful not belligerent. Remember... A calm answer turns away wrath..
