“I have a pen and I have a phone” The President of the United States has announced that he will sign an Executive Order that will facilitate the legalization of persons who have entered our country illegally. He has facilitated the influx of persons entering the United States by creating a very lax enforcement posture on the border with Mexico. He has encouraged illegal immigration by refusing to enforce laws pertaining to illegal aliens in the United States. He is openly provoking a confrontation with Congress hoping to create a diversion from the scandals that now will be investigated and prosecuted. Congress must surgically refuse to fund administration of any unilateral Executive Order. The American people must send a message to the leaders of Mexico and Central America; “Don’t send any more of your people north or we will cease to buy your products and services”. The American people do not need permission from this President to stop buying from Mexico and Central America. I suggest you begin to look closely at labels for country of origin and decline to buy from our southern neighbors until the border problem is resolved. j
