I have a question for you, BY. Do you do your yoga in the morning or in the evening? As a kid I used to wake up and 5.45AM, no problem. Then, 15 years ago when I started both full time work and uni, I got derailed. Its very hard for me to wake up in the morning these days, I feel very drowsy and my body takes about two hours to completely wake up and function normally. The fact that I go to work by car is not helping (this I cant change). Anyway, long story short, I cant do anything remotely physical in the morning and most of my activities happen in the evening. Wondering if any of you go through the same thing and are you actively trying to change this? Should I even try to change it or should I just continue with it as before? (I sleep well after yoga or any other workout and dont see other issues with being physically active before sleep, I just wish I could squeez in 30 minutes of something in the morning to effectively wake me up). Appreciate your answers, thank you!
