I have a random question for anyone who still lives in Phx. We have been wanting to move back. Its been a long time since last time we were there. Im no longer familiar with what parts of town would be suitable for an elderly couple to live in (safely). We wont want to be inundated with constant vandals and graffeti, etc. I have a realtor sending me pics of homes affordable to us. Some are fix er uppers. Most seem to be in and around the 28 to 39 th Ave area just above or below Northern. Is this no longer a desirable area? I see lots with bars on the windows, etc? Any comments are welcomed..
