I have e-mailed this to the Ombudsman. I will be phoning later Monday. But to put matters in the clear to start with, Basildon Borough Council have made a declaration that is quite worthy of Kim Il Jong and I would expect it in North Korea, but in the UK, this is dragging us to new lows. Please pas this on to whoever it should go to. Basildon have formatted a plan for new housing estates. They are putting them around Billericay in areas where the resources are limited. Roads are poor. The schools full, the Hospital cant cope and are sending patients to other hospitals. The High Street is farcical for parking and forget the station in the rush hours. It is worthy of Nightmare on Elm Street. Basildon have sat on this plan for 3 years and said nothing. they wait until only a few weeks left for people to complain and then say they sent letters out. Now they have been caught out and showed they are economical with the truth. But instead of giving us the correct amount of time, they have only extended the time by 2 weeks. I am suspicious of the reasons for this and have contacted my M.P, asked him to forward an email to Eric Pickles and am lobbying the Prime Minister. Please investigate.
