I have had many friends post today about losing weight and getting fit. YES! So excited for you! Just remember its NOT all or nothing! So many times people will start something and have a certain schedule (food/workouts/etc) if you miss a workout or not work out as long as you had planned due to scheduling, or fall off your diet because of a social gathering...dont throw in the towel. 15 minutes of exercise is better than nothing, starting to eat better after a meal of fried food and desserts is better than thinking youve blown it and giving up. You probably didnt put those extra 30lbs on over night and if you expect to keep them off then dont expect them to come off overnight either. Create a lifestyle change, have a cheat meal once in awhile, turn your 1 workout into a 20 minute power workout and dont be too hard on yourself. Enjoy the journey and the transformation.
