I have many and diverse friends here on my little facebook community. generally, we have one or two things in common: cycling, dogs, music, automotive stuff, or political things. i am pretty tolerant about what appears and stays on my page; some might zay too tolerant. I like to host, foster, encourage, and stir up conversation, in the hopes of helping folks learn about other folks opinions, viewpoints, and perspectives. ideally (and maybe unrealistically) even come around to my way of thinking. or me to theirs. (I acknowledge im not always right.) but sometimes, a new person posts something that appears here thst makes me stop, re-read, and go to their homepage to review their other posts and check our mutual friends to try to figure out wtf they are doing being in my friend list. I rarely unfriend someone. just as rarely I ever block someone. I am more likely to simply remove an offensive post from my page. I know I have been unfriended by some/many, blocked by others, and dog knows what else. thats okay; its how it works. but it happened first thing this morning with a very new friend. I havent taken any action yet, but damn. some people have some pretty messed up attitudes out there, and are obviously drinking too much faux news kool-aid. chill out, dude.
