I have pondered about this all day - should i post my opinion or not - as a white woman i know i do not truly get the black struggle - i have many friends of all races and i can empathize but i get that i will never truly get it -- now that being said -- you do have a god given right to protest what you feel was a wrong decision - you do NOT have a right to commit crimes while doing so - once you cross that line you are no longer an innocent person you are now a criminal and yes, i feel you should be punished and in some cases shot. HOW DARE any of you shoot at emergency responders and think you are in the right at any time let alone while burning down peoples businesses - you took away the owners livelihood as well as how many jobs??? Yall need to learn to respect the law and perhaps when you decide to take to the streets to protest what you feel is a wrong doing the rest of the nation can actually say hey look at these people who can articulate their side of this and hey this is really making me see their point of view and perhaps changing mine! -- i think that is all - at least for now
