I heard from someone that this car seat has a minimum height - TopicsExpress

I heard from someone that this car seat has a minimum height requirement of 34 to be forward facing. My ex has this seat for my daughter and turned her around against my request and all recommendations. She is 19 months, 31.5 inches, and 24 lbs. Technically, the law doesnt mandate him to keep her rear facing, so there was nothing I could do other than ask him nicely. (Im a pediatric trauma ICU nurse and know what happens to babies first hand in car accidents. I would like to prevent this happening to my daughter!) But if his seat doesnt correctly fit her that way, then he will have to turn her back around like she should be anyways. I wont be able to get the model number, but I know that he bought it new, just before October last year if that helps. Can someone verify this information for me? Not that I dont trust the other source... Just want to have other people agree before I start another argument over her car seat with him. Thank! Also, he drives an older Pontiac Sunfire. Any possible way to correctly and safely fit this seat, a Safety First Alpha-elite, and an infant carrier with base (I think a cosco) in the back seat?? It will be for my daughter would barely be 2 yr old, his other daughter who will be barely 1 yr old, and his newborn come about Feb/March. (The seat is a Safety 1st All-in-one). Im not here to bash him... I have my own thoughts on the whole situation. Just trying to figure out if I have a valid argument. Thanks in advance everyone!
