I here paste an open letter sent to my new organization... Greetings all. Please note that I do not yet have a formalized “leadership” distribution list. Accordingly, some receiving this message are just evaluating the business. Many have enrolled, but are yet to take action. And, the core leadership which made possible such an amazing first week is of course included in the addressee list. Please feel free to forward or copy and paste with your added comments. First…THANK YOU for joining me. Even if your activity so far is to simply enroll and place a personal use order, the very fact of your enrollment and order has been encouraging to others. Every account matters. every order matters. Every auto ship matters. Every person with a dream matters! Second…CONGRATULATIONS! We, as an organization have in a matter of days set in motion a process which cannot be stopped, and which will accelerate quickly. Especially in light of the facts that we began the process days before Christmas and that today is Christmas day, our organizational accomplishment is in by any measure stunning. Congratulations to all who have rank advanced! I am at risk of missing some. The randyschroeder recognition page will shortly do proper justice to each of you. Congratulations to: Edgar Castorina *1* Star USA Lorena Mendoza *1* Star USA Greg and Evelyn Biernacki *1Star* UK Juan Carlos Torres *1 Star* Mexico Scott Schroeder *1 Star* USA Wojciech Weisner *1Star* Poland Miguel Tello *1 Star* Spain Julieta Moreno *3 Star* USA This week, even with Christmas day in the heart of it and with many people taking the week between Christmas and the New Year off, will be a week with many more rank advancements than last week. One of the terrific benefits of the FG compensation plan is carry forward on both sides of the business. Many of us have labored long and hard in non competitive compensation plans. The very first week in FGX has opened my eyes to the impossibilities we faced in the past…and the opportunities which are now so visibly before us. Each week I conduct “leadership” web sessions. Periodically I conduct “leadership” bootcamps in my home. While I above welcomed all…and I do so again here, I pose this question. Is it a leadership behavior to “take a position” and watch to see what develops beneath you? Or would a leader be one who sees with clarity the opportunity and acts upon it, becoming one of the primary drivers of that success which is destined? Would a “leader” place a minimum order? Do leaders want minimum lives? Many of us have worked long and hard to prepare ourselves for the opportunity now at hand. We did not know what we were preparing for. But, here it is. We did not know when that for which we were preparing would appear. It is now. So, what shall we do? I here echo Nehemiah, who in his call to the inhabitants of Jerusalem to rebuild the city walls said “come, let us rise up and build!” Come! Let us rise up and build! My years in this industry and in various entrepreneurial endeavors outside of direct selling qualify me to see moments of opportunity. We are in one. How big is it? I ask that you consider that today, Christmas Day, I am in Poland. I am not home with loved ones. In recognition of a moment of profound opportunity, I am making the required short term sacrifices which will make possible the greatest success of my career. This however, is not about me. It is all about you. Are you ready? Is this your time? Come, let us rise up and build! I invite each of you to join me in a commitment to have a personal rank advancement this week. I have set my mind and my heart to this task. Have you? This moment of opportunity will slip quickly by. I intend that we as a group will fully harvest the value of each moment. This thought demands that each of us as individuals express ourselves as leaders…to the greatest possible degree that our life’s experiences up now until make possible! Come, let us rise up and build! Randy
