I hope everyone following this page realizes that PAGASA COMPLETELY screwed everyone living in the eastern Visayas with this display of inadequacy. I am in favor of completely junking the current organization and starting over. Im serious. This kind of a breach of trust is not tolerable. Not for anyone. The managers and employees of PAGASA, from the head of DOST on down to the janitor, should leave the offices and lock the doors. They should immediately go to the President and apologize for their amateurish performances. They should follow that up with news conference to the Filipino people vehemently aplogizing, and state that due to their utter incapability in forecasting important weather events, they are going to shut down and re-structure the organization. Lastly, they should all go to church tomorrow and beg GODs forgiveness for not doing more to protect the people of the Philippines.
