I just came to know that Legendary Actress Lauren Bacall, aged 89 died yesterday. After loss of Robin Williams, her demise brought sorrow in me. I dont think many knew of her and certainly new generation got no connection with her. When I think of her I think of Black and White era. She had a personality. Husky voice, eyes full of mysteries and cigarette between her fingers. Although, her first movie I saw was Murder On The Orient Express, in 70s but I knew her Classics were made in 40s and 50s. Later when I was in a position to have access to Old Hollywood movies I watched her movies.Frankly I never purposely went to rent out her movies but she was part , rather in lead roles, in some of the Classics of Humphrey Bogart. She married to Humphrey Bogart in 1945 but this Husband Wife pair gave Classical Suspense Dramas. Notable, as well must see for any Movie Buff is Big Sleep,Dark Passage,Key Largo. Lauren Bacall ...........R.I.P.
