I just finished watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 2. I much preferred this version of the documentary compared to the first. In this one, Joe Cross looks at the struggles he (and others) have keeping the weight off. Anyone can lose weight, its keeping it off thats a lot harder. He also focuses less on the juicing and more on the general consumption of fruits and vegetables. I love that he says there are no bad foods (even McDonalds) but that moderation is the problem. And, because too many of those foods are eaten theres less room in our diets for fruits and vegetables. He says (and I agree) the focus shouldnt be on removing x or y foods from ones diet, but focusing on eating more fruits and vegetables overall. Stop reading sensationalized research articles and worrying about what youre putting in your mouth. Eat real food, minimize consumption of processed foods, and most of all, eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Thats it.
