I just read the entire history of Django Reinhardt, still fascinated by guitar although I turn more to piano today when I can find one sitting vacant somewhere in a hotel lobby that theyll allow me to play for awhile, I cannot go without too long and I have to pick up my acoustic guitar and play some blues now and then and using the entire left hand in the classical tradition. But in researching today, I know many of you have heard these pieces in the movies background music, especially in Woody Allen movies for over several decades, so I found this piece written by John Lewis, and played by him here in 2000 when he was 80! Watch this until about 1min :30 secs, when he takes off, and remember he is 80 yrs old. Watch the precision of his hands on the keys.
