I just spoke with Justin, Perry County Prosecuting Attorney. He informed me that by the orders of the sheriff of the county, hes not to discuss act 746 with anyone. I asked him if the sheriff has decided that he is going to have his deputies arrest anyone open carrying. He said that the sheriff has not made a decision at this time and that the sheriff is waiting for a gun nut in another county to go to court for open carrying before he makes a decision in perry county. Lastly, I asked him if a case comes up in Perry County would he pursue charges, to which he replied yes he would.
