I know nothing of the faith shredding problems experienced by Job. I could not carry the lunch bucket of that great man of God! Yet, I must testify that, when push comes to shove, even in the midst of this terrible national tragedy we find ourselves in, I cling to hope! In spite of the frustrating, helpless, frightening, early third millennium woes brought on by the relentless internal attack on our county by the forces of evil operating through our own elected officials, I can echo Jobs words! Oh that my words were recorded, that they were written on a scroll, that they were inscribed with an iron tool on lead, or engraved in rock forever! I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself will see him with my own eyes--I, and not another. How my heart yearns within me! Job 19:23-27 Our God is bigger that the monstrous evil that has taken over the reins of power in Washington DC. For now, the evil that has pervaded our nations capital seems insurmountable BUT their day of judgment is coming! They will receive their comeuppance! They that wait upon The Lord will renew their strength! My heart is full!
