This quote reminds me of the song Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus the chorus is: Turn your eyes upon Jesus, Look full in His wonderful face, And the things of earth will grow strangely dim, In the light of His glory and grace These words are so very true...when we focus on Jesus everything else fades away... the best physical example of this is Peter walking on the water to Jesus...by focusing on Jesus, Peter could forget that He was walking in the midst of a storm laden sea...once he took his eyes off of the Lord, he became full of fear and began to sink... oh,what things we can overcome...what peace we can have in the midst of storms, if we keep our eyes on Jesus...He is the answer to every need... and every pain, hurt and troubling question, fades away in His light and presence. youtube/watch?v=nA2VpysAvgk
