I know that whoever is reading this may or may not be having a hard time, you may feel like there is no hope...that self-harm is the only way to silence the screams inside..BUT...I am going to make a promise to you. No matter where you are, please know that I care about you, you are handsome/beautiful..you are important. I know that there are times that we all just want to say eff it all, but I have found that these are the times that we need to press through. I have come to accept that the many scars that I have are simply apart of me..they are pages in this book that I call my life. Every scar tells a different story etc. I have not self-harmed in a little over 2 months. I cannot say that I havent wanted to, because that would not be the truth. I just know that even if you do happen to relapse, you are not a failure..you can just start the count over again. I am so proud of you all, whether you are a min, an hour, a day or a year without self-harm. You are loved. You are important. You are enough.
