I love all of my family, husband, children and my grandchildren. I try to be there for them even in times that they feel they dont need me... I am not the perfect wife, mother or grandmother. However, I try to raise them all with good morals and knowing the difference between right and wrong. I always try to have an open mind even if I totally disagree with what is going on,.. I voice my opinion but when they reach a certain age I have realized that I have to let go and let them fall and learn for themselves. I worry about their safety in their behaviors,. Often I know more about what they are doing than they realize... But, I think that the hardest thing for me is watching them talk to me with disrespect and knowing while their talking to me that they are lying not only to me but themselves as well,. If I didnt love my family so much I would not care where they are or if they are safe. They have no clue how many hours of sleep that I lose worrying for and about them. How many tears I shed for them. or how many times that I have intervened without them knowing to try to head off a disaster. I love my family but sometimes the hurt and disappointment they bring to me through my loving them rips my heart into.... signed, A mother who loves Cherokees Wall
