I love some binaural ASMR - the audio sensory tinglies you get from sounds. There are entire youtube channels dedicated to ultra-sensitive micing so you can relax and listen to the whispers of a massage therapist, the running water of having your hair washed, the buzz of clippers as they glide across your nape. In theory, its supposed to provide the same neurological effect many experience as Bob Ross soothingly speaks and scratches his instruments along the pallet and brushes across a blank canvas. And sometimes it makes you feel like youre witnessing a person snapping and being fitted for a straight jacket.
