I made a cake for a Dinner Party we went to this evening. This is a 3 layer cake - for 16 people. Green marshmallow icing and Devils food cake - mmmm. The cookie sheet in the background is my backsplash. When I marbelized this tall dude, i flung liquid chocolate at it. I have to admit, that was the funnest thing I did all day. The dog of opportunity, JJ was hanging out in hopes some chocolate drippings would hit the floor. I hate to say it, but i disappointed him. I hear that chocolate can kill a dog if they eat it. Dont worry, this ones had chocolate before. When our kids were little, he would raid their Halloween stashes. So I know he wouldnt die from it. What do you think of the end product? Do you even EAT cake?
