I met a petrol attendant in Pinetown who is an eager photographer. He saved up and bought himself a Nikon (I dont know what model.) he is looking for a tripod. Obviously he does not have a lot of spare cash so Id really like to try and get him a second hand one either at a reasonable price (Ill pay for it) or, better yet, a donated one- if anyone has a spare/old/unwanted one I will happily pay for postage to get it here or collect it if you are Durban based. His face literally lights up when you talk to him about photography and I would like to help him out. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks!
