I often get involved in discussions about evolution and what I have found is that people honestly do not know that much about the topic. This is especially so with those who take an anti-evolutionary perspective. So, what I want to do is recommend a number of books on the topic. Since a lot of my audience are evangelical Christians I have included a section of books from a Christian perspective. From a Christian perspective: Darrell Falk, Coming to Peace with Science: Bridging the Worlds Between Faith and Biology Stephen Godfrey and Christopher Smith, Paradigms on Pilgrimage: Creationism, Paleontology and Biblical Interpretation Deborah B Haarsma and Loren D Haarsma, Origins: Christian Perspectives on Creation, Evolution, and Intelligent Design Karl Giberson, Saving Darwin: How to Be a Christian and Believe in Evolution Kenneth Miller, Finding Darwins God: A Scientists Search for Common Ground Between God and Evolution Kenneth Miller, Only a Theory: Evolution and the Battle for Americas Soul Peter Enns, The Evolution of Adam, What the Bible Does and Doesnt Say about Human Origins Denis O.
