I ordered 2 laptops which I paid for on 6th Dec . Shipping was due 15th Dec which I also paid about $70 for. 19th Dec my tracking number arrives and it says shipped. Didnt arrive. It hadnt even left their warehouse. I called a week ago and I couldnt speak to a supervisor because they were too busy and I had to wait for an EMAIL response. Still no response yet they have had my money since 6th Dec. It is not Australia Post fault it is Kogans. This is crap and shouldnt happen. They respond to all the postive comments on Facebook and ignore the ones from those of us who have not received our items. BEWARE. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM KOGAN
