I recently felt very sad, and upset with my performance. I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau and have been struggling to be consistent which is beginning to show. I see many of you also go through this from time to time and its upsetting and disappointing to us all. Though we all know we are far from where we started, there are a few things we need to remember. Froning Jr. says it best though: RECORD EVERYTHING! What you eat, your training habits, how you feel. You take a picture of yourself on day one. You put it on the mirror, thats who Ill never be again, thats day one. Say goodbye to one. Behind that picture you write down your weight, your height, all your information. Your body fat. Take tape measure around your arms, your waist, your thigh. Record where youve been. When the struggle gets hard, you feel like your not going anywhere, you go back to that day one and remeasure. Its not an easy path... youtu.be/WMUXw8J2Kto
