I saw a sign at a bagel shop this morning that read, new healthy breakfast choice, egg whites turkey bacon and low fat cheese on a whole wheat bagel. LOL seriously? SMH...look, lets put ethical living off to the side for a minute let alone any compassion to animals or to our own well being for a second, but come on people... Lets get real! If thats Americas idea of making steps or any progress to healthy eating...My god Im surrounded by so many idio....Uuummm excuse me...misinformed people. lol My healthy breakfast at my vegan bakery will read...Oatmeal with barley and whole grain rye with ground flax seed raisins or blue berries and cranberry hot cereal. Or tofu scramble with spinach and peppers with onions in a whole grain or gluten free wrap or multigrain bagel...or simply a nice fresh organic fruit bowl. Oh and Uuummm of corse a juice bar! ;)
