People who gossip are more interested in matters such as other peoples successes and/or failures. They dont have a reason to introspect because theres nothing to introspect about. You need to get yourself busy and not have time to gossip. You also need to avoid gossipers wholl get you into trouble,whether colleagues,neighbours, even friends. You need to keep the company of people who have issues to discuss, people with business plans and future goals. Make sure you keep company that takes you to the next level..
