I sit and reflect on 2013. Wow. Mom had knee surgery, I fell and had knee surgery, mom has back surfery and 2 months later still in horrible pain. However, dad has been a trooper and we didnt know if we would even have him this year. My little brother is a man on a mission with moms care and Debbie keeps things in perspective. It shouldnt be about black Friday, or gifts , or all the hoopla. The season should be about family, the ones who love you unconditionally, your friends who hold you up, when you cant, the birth of our father and what he did for us to have all the hoopla, and to be a good person. Smile at a stranger, help a needy person and be thankful for what we do have, not for what we dont. For my family and friends, I love you and though I may not say it, I am truly blessed and fortunate to have you and thank you for touching my life in way way or another. Where there is evil, there is always good. I promise from this day forward to look at my glass half full, not empty. MERRY CHRISTMAS one and all.
