I spent my Sunday afternoon with my sweet husband Bruce and brother in law Mark at the California Science Center to see the Pompeii exhibition and the Space Shuttle Endeavor. Loved it! Some of the cooking implements, home items, and medical instruments found in ancient Pompeii have changed little in over 2000 years. The bodies frozen in time told the story of their last moments. The last eruption of Vesuvius was surprisingly not that long ago in 1944. I loved the documentary on Endeavors journey to CSC. Cant wait to go back to the Museum of Natural History.
